Police Search for 'Jealous' Suspect After Violent Disturbance at East Hartford Party

EAST HARTFORD, CT — Police are seeking the public's help to track down a suspect wanted in connection with a violent assault at an East Hartford social gathering on Friday, January 31, 2025. According to authorities, the incident stemmed from an apparent fit of jealousy.

Witnesses told responding officers that a man burst into the party uninvited, quickly escalating the situation into a confrontation. During the altercation, the suspect physically struck a female attendee before fleeing the residence. The victim was treated for minor injuries, and police were called to the scene shortly after the suspect's departure.
