Police Search for Suspect in Silver Spring Commercial Smash-and-Grab

SILVER SPRING, MD — Montgomery County Police are searching for a suspect following a smash-and-grab burglary at a business located in Silver Spring.

According to police, the suspect shattered the front glass door of the establishment to gain access. Once inside, the suspect quickly grabbed valuable items and fled the scene before police arrived. The business sustained significant property damage in addition to the loss of stolen merchandise.
