Portland Police Search for Serial Robber Targeting City Convenience Stores

Portland authorities are appealing to the public for help in identifying a serial robber who has repeatedly targeted convenience stores across the city. According to investigators, the suspect is linked to a string of at least five commercial robberies that occurred over a six-month span beginning in October 2025.

Pattern of Armed Robberies Identified

Detectives from the Portland Police Bureau's Robbery Unit identified a consistent pattern across several incidents. In each case, the suspect entered the convenience store, threatened the cashier, and demanded cash from the register before fleeing on foot. While no serious physical injuries have been reported, the frequent and aggressive nature of the robberies has created significant concern for retail workers working late-night shifts.
