Ram-raid burglary at a Fremont coffee shop
According to Discoverswns, a coffee shop in Fremont, California, was the target of a ram-raid burglary in the early hours of 12 May 2026. Two suspects used a vehicle to smash through the front doors of the Qamaria Yemeni Coffee Co, causing approximately $15,000 in damage.
Discoverswns reports that the suspects entered the premises and stole cash from a tip jar along with several bags of coffee beans before fleeing the scene in under a minute. The vehicle used in the incident was later identified by police as stolen. This event marks the fourth break-in at the business. The Fremont Police Department confirmed they are actively investigating the incident and have increased patrol checks in the area.
Business owners are encouraged to evaluate their storefront security measures, such as installing reinforced glass or bollards, to deter vehicle-based intrusions.
