Rapid Police Response Thwarts Romford Commercial Ram-Raid

ROMFORD, Greater London — A commercial property on Petersfield Avenue in Romford was left with a destroyed shopfront following a dramatic overnight ram-raid. Metropolitan Police officers rushed to the scene, arriving within eight minutes of being alerted to the ongoing crime.
