Residential burglaries reported in Andover and Highclere

Two residential burglaries under investigation

According to an article published by the Basingstokegazette on 15 December 2025, Hampshire Constabulary is investigating two separate residential burglaries involving the theft of jewellery and high-value handbags.

The first incident occurred at a property on Red Rice Road in Andover between 4.15pm and 5.30pm on Wednesday, 10 December. A second burglary was reported at a home in the Westridge area of Highclere between 6.30pm and 7.30pm on Thursday, 11 December.

Police are currently appealing for witnesses and anyone with relevant footage, including dash cam, mobile phone, or doorbell camera recordings, to come forward. Those with information are asked to contact the police by calling 101, quoting incident number 44250557385 for the Andover burglary or 44250558510 for the incident in Highclere.

Ensure all entry points to your home are securely locked and consider installing visible security measures to deter potential intruders.
