Residential burglary in Llandough

According to an article published on 28 January 2026 by Walesonline, a residential burglary occurred in Llandough on 2 July 2025. The occupants of a property on Cannon Walk returned home to find that their residence had been searched, with cupboards and cabinets left open and items removed from storage spaces.

Walesonline reports that the intruders gained entry through a side door. The victims reported the theft of various designer items, including jewellery, watches, and bags. Following the incident, the family felt so unsafe that they decided to move house. Three individuals, identified as Sanchez Gustavo, Christian Fetiva Gamez, and Rodrigo Albarracin, were later arrested in connection with this and another burglary in Cowbridge after police stopped their vehicle and discovered a stash of stolen goods.

Ensure all entry points, including side doors and windows, are securely locked when the property is unattended.
