Robbers Posing as Delivery Workers Force Entry into Aurora Home

AURORA, Colorado — The Aurora Police Department has issued a safety alert after an armed robbery occurred at a local residence, where suspects impersonated delivery workers to gain access to the home. The incident has prompted police to remind residents to verify the identity of any couriers before opening their doors.

According to police reports, the suspects approached the family home carrying packages, resembling legitimate delivery personnel. When a resident opened the door to accept the delivery, the group brandished weapons, forced their way inside, and held the family at gunpoint.
