Birminghammail reports that two men arrived at the premises on a moped. One individual entered the store and threatened staff members, who subsequently handed over a small amount of cash. The suspect then exited the building, boarded the pillion seat of the moped, and the pair fled the scene.

The suspect who entered the store is described as being between 5ft 9ins and 6ft tall with a pale complexion, a bony face, and a tattoo on his left hand. Derbyshire Constabulary is appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage from the area to come forward, citing reference number 26*187872. Information can be provided via the force's website, Facebook page, by calling 101, or anonymously through CrimeStoppers.
