Search Underway After CVS Clerks Pepper-Sprayed in St. Petersburg Robbery

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — Local authorities are actively searching for two individuals connected to a violent robbery at a local CVS store, during which multiple store employees were pepper-sprayed.

According to the St. Petersburg Police Department, the suspects entered the retail pharmacy, threatened staff, and deployed pepper spray to incapacitate the clerks before stealing merchandise and fleeing the scene. Paramedics treated the affected employees at the scene for chemical exposure.

Investigators are currently reviewing surveillance footage from the store and surrounding areas to identify the suspects. Police have urged anyone with information regarding the incident or the whereabouts of the suspects to contact the St. Petersburg Police Department immediately.
