The property, valued at £3.3 million, became the target of intruders after a YouTube video showing an unauthorized exploration of the site went viral in May.

In response to the increased activity, security teams equipped with guard dogs were deployed to patrol the perimeter of the estate. While security personnel note that the property remains locked and inaccessible even to them, the presence of the canine response unit has been implemented to deter further trespassing.

Local residents have expressed concerns regarding safety following the viral exposure of the site, noting that the area has also experienced other incidents, including the theft of items from outhouses and garages. The ownership of the deteriorating mansion remains a mystery as the site continues to sit empty.
