Several Arrested Following Storage Building Break-ins in Spartanburg County

SPARTANBURG COUNTY, South Carolina — A string of break-ins at local storage buildings has resulted in the arrest of multiple suspects, according to the Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies responded to reports of suspicious activity at a storage facility on February 5, 2025. Upon arrival, law enforcement personnel discovered signs of forced entry on several storage units. Following a brief search of the premises and coordination with local patrols, deputies successfully located and detained the suspects in the vicinity.

Authorities confirmed that the individuals were booked on charges relating to burglary, conspiracy, and possession of burglary tools. A portion of the stolen property was recovered at the scene and is being returned to its rightful owners. The Sheriff's Office is continuing to investigate whether these suspects are connected to other similar storage unit thefts reported in the area over the past few weeks.
