NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. — A peculiar break-in at a New Hartford elementary school has led to the arrest of a shirtless suspect, according to the local police department. The incident took place during the off-hours when the school building was empty.

New Hartford Police responded to an alarm at the educational facility and discovered that entry had been forced. Surveillance footage and initial evidence pointed to a male suspect, who was noticeably shirtless, roaming the halls of the elementary school.
