CCTV appeal following Dudley shop robbery

Police have released a CCTV image of a man they wish to speak to regarding the investigation. The individual is described as having short, shaved brown hair and was seen wearing a black, sleeveless tank top, black sunglasses, and a cross-body bag. The suspect also has distinctive tattoos on his arm and neck.
