Significant Theft of Cash and Tools Reported from Ramsgate Home

RAMSGATE, Kent — Residents are being urged to remain vigilant after a burglary was reported in Ramsgate, during which a significant sum of cash and various high-value tools were stolen from a residential home.

The burglary, which took place in early July 2025, involved offenders gaining entry to the property while the occupants were away. Once inside, the perpetrators searched the premises and made off with cash reserves along with essential construction tools, causing significant financial loss to the homeowner.

Kent Police have commenced an investigation into the incident, appealing to local tradespeople and members of the public to report any individuals attempting to sell second-hand tools under suspicious circumstances. Neighbors are also asked to verify if their home security cameras or doorbell cameras captured any unusual vehicles or foot traffic around the area during the period in question.
