Smash-and-grab burglaries reported in Rogers Park and Lincoln Park, Chicago

A smash-and-grab burglary occurred at an ice cream shop in the Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago. The incident was captured on video.

Additionally, an ULTA Beauty store located in the Lincoln Park neighborhood was also hit during a separate smash-and-grab burglary.
