Stolen KISS Memorabilia Traced to Used Bookstore, Chattanooga Couple Charged

CHATTANOOGA, TN — A local couple has been arrested and charged after investigators successfully tracked down rare, stolen KISS rock band memorabilia to a used bookstore in Chattanooga. The unique collection had been reported stolen from a private residence, launching a specialized investigation into local collector networks and secondhand shops.
