Surveillance Video Captures Car Ramming Into Sacramento Liquor Store During Burglary

A Sacramento liquor store owner was left cleaning up extensive destruction after a group of burglars utilized a vehicle to smash through the front storefront in a dramatic, caught-on-camera heist. The incident occurred during the early hours of October 17, 2025.

Surveillance footage released by the store owners shows the moment a passenger car backed directly into the storefront. The impact shattered the reinforced glass doors and tore down heavy security gates, creating a massive opening. Within seconds, multiple masked individuals emerged from the vehicle, rushed inside the store, and began ransacking the shelves and counter area, targeting high-end inventory and cash.

The entire burglary took place in under two minutes, with the suspects returning to the vehicle and speeding away before police could arrive. The store owner expressed shock and frustration, citing the high cost of structural repairs and the vulnerability of local businesses to vehicle-ramming tactics.
