Robbery investigation in High Brooms

According to an article published by Kentlive on 8 July 2025, a suspect has been charged following a knifepoint robbery at a corner shop in Tunbridge Wells. Kent Police were called to the premises in High Brooms on Monday, 30 June, following reports that a man had threatened a member of staff and stolen cash from a till.

Following police enquiries, officers conducted searches in the Brighton area, leading to the arrest of a man on Friday, 4 July. Archie Pattullo, 25, of Chestnut Close, Tunbridge Wells, was subsequently charged on suspicion of robbery. Mr Pattullo appeared before Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 7 July, where he was remanded in custody. His next court appearance is scheduled for 4 August at Maidstone Crown Court.
