Suspects arrested almost a year after armed robbery at Biaggi's in Bloomington

BLOOMINGTON, Illinois — The Bloomington Police Department has announced the arrest of two Springfield men in connection with an armed robbery that took place at Biaggi’s Ristorante Italiano nearly a year ago.

The incident occurred in the early morning hours of December 9, 2024, at the restaurant located at 3010 E. Empire St. According to police reports, two masked individuals entered the establishment shortly after 2:00 a.m., brandishing a firearm. The suspects threatened staff members and fled the scene on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash and personal property. Fortunately, no physical injuries were reported by the employees present at the time.

In the wake of the robbery, Biaggi's management offered a $10,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of those involved. Following a lengthy investigation, Bloomington detectives secured full extradition arrest warrants on October 29, 2025, for 22-year-old Bradford House and 24-year-old Autrayvion Haley, both residents of Springfield, Illinois.

Both suspects were arrested in early November 2025 and are currently facing multiple felony charges, including armed robbery and aggravated robbery. They are being held in custody pending extradition to McLean County to face trial.
