Sussex Police Release CCTV Image After Eastbourne Flat Burglary

Sussex Police have released a CCTV image of a man they wish to identify and speak to in connection with a daytime burglary at a residential property in Eastbourne.

The incident occurred on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at approximately 11:15 a.m., when a flat located on Eldon Road was broken into.

Sentimental Jewellery Stolen

According to police reports, the suspect managed to enter the flat and conducted a search, subsequently making off with several items. Among the stolen property was a collection of highly sentimental jewellery, leaving the victim deeply distressed by the loss.
