SWANSEA, Wales — A Swansea man has been arrested and charged after allegedly burgling the home of an elderly pensioner while the victim was vulnerable and waiting for an ambulance.

The shocking incident, which took place in June 2024, occurred when the elderly resident was in medical distress and awaiting emergency services.
