SWAT Arrests Burglary Suspect Barricaded Inside Long Beach Residence

A residential neighborhood in Long Beach was locked down for several hours after an alleged burglar barricaded himself inside a victim's home. The standoff, which drew a heavy law enforcement presence including SWAT officers, ended safely with the suspect's arrest.
