Tampa Men Arrested Following Rooftop Mall Heist

Two men from Tampa were taken into custody following a burglary at a local mall. According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, the suspects accessed the building through the roof to carry out the theft.

Law enforcement officials believe this arrest marks the end of an organized retail theft operation responsible for the loss of approximately $1 million in footwear. The investigation into the shoe-theft ring remains ongoing.
