Teenager Robbed at Knifepoint Outside Derby Corner Shop

A teenager was subjected to a terrifying ordeal in Derby when an armed assailant forced them to hand over their mobile phone at knifepoint outside a local corner store. The incident, which took place in the vicinity of the shop, sparked an immediate response from local police officers.

According to police reports, the suspect approached the teenage victim, brandished a knife, and made direct threats, leaving the victim with no choice but to surrender their mobile phone. Following swift action by Derbyshire Constabulary, a suspect was apprehended nearby. The man has since been formally charged with robbery and possession of a bladed article in a public place.
