Terrifying Home Invasion in Phoenix: Resident Tied Up and Robbed at Gunpoint

PHOENIX, Arizona — Local authorities are investigating a terrifying home invasion and armed robbery that occurred late Saturday night in a residential neighborhood of Phoenix. The victim was reportedly held at gunpoint and tied up inside his own residence by a suspect who remains at large.

According to reports from the Phoenix Police Department and local news sources, the incident took place late Saturday evening, March 7, 2026. The armed suspect forced entry into the victim's home, confronting the homeowner with a firearm. The assailant then proceeded to tie up the victim, rendering him helpless, while searching the residence for valuables.

The victim was held at gunpoint throughout the ordeal as the suspect gathered various personal belongings and fled the scene. Fortunately, the victim did not suffer severe physical injuries during the confrontation, despite the extreme psychological trauma of the event. Phoenix police officers arrived at the scene shortly after receiving the emergency call and established a perimeter, but the suspect had already escaped.
