Police pursuit follows Didbrook burglary

According to an article published by the BBC on 19 April 2026, three men have been arrested following a burglary in Didbrook, Gloucestershire. Gloucestershire Constabulary reported that officers were alerted on a Saturday afternoon to a break-in at a house involving a Skoda vehicle.

The BBC reports that police attended the scene, supported by a helicopter from the National Police Air Service. A pursuit of the vehicle ensued, ending when the car came to a stop and the three occupants attempted to flee. One individual was apprehended following a pursuit by a police dog, while the other two were located in a nearby field, with one found hiding in a hedge. The suspects, aged 18, 19, and 49, remain in custody for questioning.
