Three Men Charged and Bound Over to Court in $20,000 Check Into Cash Armed Robbery

MIDLAND, Texas — Criminal proceedings have advanced against three men accused of carrying out a lucrative armed robbery at a Check Into Cash business in Midland. The suspects have been bound over to circuit court to face trial following their arrests, which occurred approximately 11 months after the initial heist.

The incident took place when the suspects allegedly entered the Check Into Cash branch and held employees at gunpoint, ultimately fleeing with more than $20,000 in cash. Following a detailed, multi-month investigation by law enforcement, authorities arrested a Midland man and two Saginaw residents. One of the primary suspects faces up to 21 felony counts in connection with the armed heist, reflecting the severity of the offenses committed during the incident.

Prosecutors presented sufficient evidence during preliminary hearings to move the case forward to the circuit court level, where the defendants will stand trial on charges including armed robbery, conspiracy, and weapons offenses.
