Detectives investigating an armed robbery at a high-end luxury watch boutique in Leeds have confirmed the arrest of two men. The raid targeted the TAG Heuer store located within the White Rose Shopping Centre on the evening of Wednesday, June 26, 2024.

The incident occurred during the evening hours when the shopping centre was still populated. A group of offenders entered the prestigious TAG Heuer boutique, brandishing weapons to intimidate staff before executing a smash-and-grab style robbery. A number of high-value luxury watches were stolen during the rapid raid, causing significant alarm among shoppers and store staff.
Swift Police Response and Arrests
Following a rapid response by West Yorkshire Police, an intensive investigation was launched. On Friday, June 28, police announced that two men, aged 32 and 40, had been arrested in connection with the incident. Both suspects remain in custody as detectives continue their enquiries.
The Yorkshire Evening Post reported that police are continuing to carry out patrols in the area to reassure the public. Detectives are still appealing for witnesses or anyone with mobile phone footage of the incident or the suspects' getaway to come forward.
