Two Men Caught on Surveillance Video Arrested for Commercial Burglary in Victorville

Two men have been arrested following a commercial burglary at a well-known automotive recycling yard in Victorville, California. The break-in, which occurred at the LKQ Pick Your Part facility located on Gas Line Road, was captured in detail by the business's high-definition surveillance system, leading to a swift response and apprehension by local sheriff's deputies.

Caught on Surveillance Camera

The incident took place during the early morning hours of December 16, 2025. According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, two suspects arrived at the property in a passenger vehicle. Security cameras recorded the individuals exiting their car and using tools to force entry through a perimeter fence and into the secured business yard. The high-resolution footage allowed property security to quickly notify authorities and provide real-time descriptions of the ongoing burglary.

Sheriff's Deputies Intervene

Deputies from the Victorville Sheriff's Station arrived at the scene shortly after the call was placed. Armed with the detailed descriptions from the surveillance feed, deputies located the suspect vehicle and intercepted the two men while they were still on the property. The suspects were identified as 34-year-old Ryon Rangel and 33-year-old Christopher Kissel. Both men are residents of the Victor Valley area.

Arrests and Criminal Charges

Rangel and Kissel were detained at the scene without incident. A search of their vehicle and the surrounding area revealed burglary tools and items belonging to the business. Both suspects were arrested and booked into the High Desert Detention Center in Adelanto on charges of commercial burglary and possession of burglary tools. They are currently being held on bail pending their initial court appearances.
