Two Men Charged in Burglary of City Vehicle Near Shelton City Hall

SHELTON, CT โ€” Shelton police have arrested and charged two men in connection with the burglary of a city-owned vehicle parked near City Hall. The incident has drawn attention due to the suspects' involvement in other recent local crimes.

According to authorities, the two men, identified as Gaddy and King, were linked to the break-in of the government vehicle. At the time of the arrest, Gaddy was out on bond following a prior robbery reported in Shelton on February 21. King, meanwhile, was already in police custody facing charges related to that same February 21 robbery incident.

Both men now face additional charges, including third-degree burglary, larceny, and conspiracy. The Shelton Police Department continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the break-in and whether any city property has been recovered.
