Two Suspects Detained After Break-in at Carlisle Phone Shop

Cumbria Police have arrested two people following a prompt response to a break-in at a mobile phone shop in Carlisle. The incident occurred in the early hours of Thursday, 5th March 2026, triggering security alarms at the retail premises.

Officers arrived at the city centre location within minutes of the alarm being raised, finding a shattered front window and evidence of entry.
