Two Violent Home Invasions in Juneau Result in Indictment

On May 15, 2026, two separate violent home invasions took place in the Mendenhall Valley area of Juneau, Alaska. The first incident occurred at a residence on Glacier Highway, where the intruder forced entry through a rear window. The second incident happened just minutes later at a nearby home on Riverside Drive, where the intruder also gained entry through a rear window.

The intruder, identified as 32-year-old local resident John Doe, was indicted on multiple charges including burglary, assault, and theft.
