Vehicular Ram-Raid at Aberdeen Retail Store Triggers Major Police Investigation

ABERDEEN — A major police investigation is underway after a commercial premises in Aberdeen was targeted in a brazen, early-morning ram-raid. Thieves utilized a vehicle to smash through the storefront before making off with a substantial amount of merchandise.

The incident occurred in the early hours of Wednesday, leaving the retail store with extensive structural damage. Local residents reported being awakened by a loud crashing sound, followed by the screeching of tires. Upon arriving at the scene, police officers discovered that the front entrance of the shop had been completely decimated, with security grilles torn down and glass littering the pavement.

Initial reports suggest that the suspects deliberately backed a vehicle—believed to be a larger utility model—into the glass facade to gain access to the showroom. Once inside, the perpetrators targeted high-value inventory, loading the stolen goods into the vehicle within minutes before speeding away from the scene.

We are keen to speak with anyone who was in the area between 3:00 AM and 4:30 AM and noticed any suspicious driving or vehicles parked nearby."
