Wanted Suspect Arrested After Citrus Heights Armed Robbery and Police Pursuit; Second Suspect Sought

CITRUS HEIGHTS, CA — A wanted felon is behind bars following an armed robbery and subsequent police pursuit through the streets of Citrus Heights, though law enforcement officials warn that a second dangerous suspect remains at large.

The emergency began on February 7, 2026, when Citrus Heights police officers responded to reports of an armed robbery at a local commercial business. Witnesses reported that two suspects, at least one of whom was armed with a handgun, entered the premises, threatened employees, and demanded cash. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of money, the suspects fled in a vehicle.

Responding officers spotted the suspect vehicle shortly after the robbery and attempted a traffic stop. The driver refused to yield, triggering a pursuit through Citrus Heights.
