GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — A local tire shop in Gwinnett County became the scene of an incredibly unusual confrontation after an employee caught red-handed stealing shop property engaged in a heated debate with management, arguing that he should be allowed to keep his job.

According to reports and surveillance footage, the individual was observed taking merchandise and equipment from the business premises without authorization. When management confronted the employee regarding the theft, rather than fleeing or apologizing, the suspect stood his ground and entered a lengthy argument.
