Yonkers Market Burglarized, Safe Stolen

On the night of October 1, a family-owned market in Yonkers, New York, was burglarized after thieves smashed the front door and stole a safe. The incident occurred at around 2:30 AM at the market located at 1100 Central Park Avenue. The thieves made off with a safe containing an undisclosed amount of cash and checks, according to Yonkers Police.
