Aggravated Robbery in Columbus Leaves Victim Injured, Suspect at Large

Columbus police are actively searching for a suspect involved in an aggravated robbery that took place on the 1000 block of East Main Street on the evening of September 15. The incident occurred around 8:30 PM when the suspect entered the residence through an unlocked window, armed with a handgun. The suspect confronted the victim, who sustained non-life-threatening injuries during the altercation.

The suspect stole an undisclosed amount of cash and a laptop valued at $1,200 before fleeing the scene on foot. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment. Police have not made any arrests as of the latest update.
