Armed Robbery Occurs at Bloomington East Side Residence

Bloomington Police are investigating an armed robbery that took place at a residence on the east side of Bloomington, Indiana, on October 1, 2023. The suspect, described as a male, entered the residence through an unlocked door and demanded valuables at gunpoint. The suspect fled the scene with an estimated $5,000 in cash and jewelry, leaving no injuries to the victims. The suspect was last seen wearing a black hoodie and jeans, and is believed to have escaped on foot.
