Armed Vehicle Burglary Suspect Caught After Chase in Sarasota

On October 10, 2023, a vehicle burglary occurred in the parking lot of the Sarasota Square Mall in Sarasota, Florida. The suspect, armed with a firearm, broke into a vehicle and stole a laptop valued at $1,500 and a wallet containing an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect was later identified as 28-year-old John Doe.
