Arrest Made in Bend After Robbery and Assaults

A man was arrested in Bend, Oregon, on October 1, 2023, following a series of robberies and assaults at two separate locations. The first incident occurred at a residence on NE 27th Street, where the suspect forced entry and assaulted the occupant. The second incident took place at a business on NE 3rd Street, where the suspect also forced entry and assaulted the employee on duty. The total value of the stolen property is estimated to be $5,000.

During the incidents, the suspect, identified as a 35-year-old local man, used a blunt object to assault the victims, resulting in injuries that required medical attention.
