Burglary and Assault Reported in Copperas Cove, Texas

On February 5, 2026, a burglary and assault were reported in Copperas Cove, Texas. The incident occurred at a residence on the 100 block of North 1st Street. The suspect gained entry by breaking a window and stole a television valued at $500 and a laptop valued at $800. The homeowner, who was present during the burglary, was assaulted by the suspect.
