Burglary and Homicide in Kenosha Leads to Arrest
On October 13, 2023, a burglary at a residence on 22nd Avenue in Kenosha, Wisconsin, turned tragic when a man and his dog were found dead. The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. when the suspect, later identified as 34-year-old Jason J. Williams, broke into the home.
