Burglary and Theft in Charlotte, North Carolina

On October 1, 2023, at approximately 2:00 AM, a burglary and theft occurred at a residence located at 1234 East Boulevard in east Charlotte, North Carolina. The suspects, two males, forced entry into the home through a rear window, and escaped with a stolen 55-inch flat-screen TV valued at $800, a laptop computer valued at $1,200, and an undisclosed amount of cash. The homeowner, who was present during the incident, was not injured. The suspects fled the scene in a dark-colored sedan, heading east on East Boulevard.

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD) is actively investigating the incident and has released surveillance footage of the suspects. The CMPD is appealing to the public for any information that could lead to the identification and arrest of the suspects.
