Burglary at New Orleans Business on Decatur Street

The New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) is actively searching for a suspect involved in a burglary that occurred at a business located at 700 block of Decatur Street. The incident took place on the night of September 15, 2023. The suspect gained entry by breaking a window and proceeded to steal over $10,000 in cash and merchandise.

According to the NOPD, the suspect escaped the scene on foot. No injuries were reported. The police have not made any arrests as of yet and are appealing to the public for any information that could lead to the identification and apprehension of the suspect.
