Deadly Home Invasion and Theft in Milwaukee

On October 1, 2023, a deadly home invasion occurred in the 4400 block of North 60th Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The suspects, a mother and son, forced their way into the residence of a 72-year-old senior citizen. The victim was fatally injured during the incident, and the suspects stole a substantial amount of cash and jewelry valued at over $50,000.

The suspects, identified as 45-year-old Maria Hernandez and her 22-year-old son, Juan Hernandez, were arrested on October 3, 2023, following a thorough investigation by the Milwaukee Police Department.
