Gateway Mall Tablet Theft and Brewsky’s Break-In in Lincoln

On March 4, 2026, an unidentified suspect broke into Brewsky’s, located at 1001 Gateway Mall, Lincoln, Nebraska, and stole a tablet valued at $500. The thief escaped on foot, and no injuries were reported. Lincoln Crime Stoppers are appealing to the public for any information leading to the arrest of the suspect.

The incident occurred around 2:00 AM when the suspect smashed a window to gain entry. The thief fled the scene before police arrived, leaving behind no evidence. The stolen tablet is described as a black Samsung Galaxy Tab S8.
