Home Invasion and Shooting Leaves One Injured in Porterville

On March 20, 2024, a home invasion occurred in the 1200 block of East Olive Avenue in Porterville, California. The suspect entered the residence through an unlocked door and assaulted the homeowner, resulting in injuries to the victim. The suspect then fled the scene on foot, taking with him a significant amount of cash and jewelry valued at over $10,000.
