Jeffersontown Pharmacy Robbery: Man Charged with Armed Robbery

On October 1, a man entered a pharmacy located at 10000 W Manslick Rd, Jeffersontown, Kentucky, and demanded Xanax at gunpoint. The suspect, later identified as 35-year-old John Doe, threatened the pharmacist and demanded the prescription medication. The pharmacist complied, and the suspect fled the scene with an estimated $500 worth of Xanax.

Jeffersontown Police responded to the scene and launched an investigation. The suspect was apprehended later that day after a brief chase. No injuries were reported during the incident. The police recovered the stolen Xanax and the weapon used in the robbery. The suspect was charged with armed robbery and is currently in custody awaiting trial.
