Man Arrested for Late-Night Burglary of Redding Business

A man was arrested early Wednesday morning after breaking into a business on the 2600 block of Hilltop Drive in Redding, California. The incident occurred around 1:30 AM, when the suspect forced entry through a rear window. The burglar managed to steal an estimated $5,000 in cash and electronics before being apprehended by police.

Redding Police Department officers responded to the scene and caught the suspect in the act. The suspect was identified as a 34-year-old male from Redding. No injuries were reported during the incident. The suspect was taken into custody and is being held at the Shasta County Jail.
